Through the development partnership with Sercel Inc., The R.T. Clark Companies has designed and manufactured the Sercel Unite Waterproof Battery Box.  Extensive testing was performed on many different box designs and this box’s performance exceeded the rest.

The testing included Impact tests, Temperature testing, and Waterproofing. The Temperature testing involved freezing the boxes overnight and submersing them into 60*C water to test for fractures and waterproof integrity. In addition, we heated to the box to 90*C and dropped it into Ice water. Both tests showed no sign of compromises. The same process of heating and freezing was performed for the Impact test. Once the box was at the desired temperature, we installed the battery and dropped it from a 3 meter height. Again, the enclosure preformed without a single compromise.

In addition to the box, the connector head is back potted to ensure waterproof integrity. The cable is gel filled as well.
